This is a 20th anniversary edition of "Fanfare for Meridith Corann" that I had composed as Missy's bridal processional for our wedding. The original was a 60-second fanfare for 12 antiphonal trumpets, brass and percussion. This new edition, expanded into a full symphonic work, was inspired by Missy running for the first time in 26 years (in the summer of 2009). It was recorded by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra in Prague in the summer of 2010 –– just before our 20th wedding anniversary and the 10th anniversary of "A-Day" (Adoption Day).
